He was available right away after contacting him for a bid and was very helpful with offering ideas and suggestions. While they were waiting for the concrete delivery, they stayed busy by cleaning-up, sweeping and keeping the job site tidy. “So excited about our new backyard! We recently moved to a new home with an all dirt backyard and wanted to lay cement throughout. After getting a few quotes, Juan’s was the most affordable without sacrificing quality. We contacted him through Yelp and a couple days later, he came to give an estimate and said he could start work the next week. After the initial visit, Juan was able to come the day before the work was scheduled to begin to accommodate changes we requested. “I was so lucky to find Juan and his team. Juan is honest, hardworking, prompt and willing to accomodate all your requirements. He is creative as well and comes up with suggestions that are very useful because he thinks carefully about what the end product will look like. The outcome is both functional and esthetically pleasing. They worked on days that were 99 degrees plus without a complaint and the job was completed on schedule. He left the property looking cleaner than before. I can’t say enough positive things!”

“Juan was our 3rd estimate for an extension of our existing patio. He showed up earlier than he said he would which is a good thing in my book. His estimate was the lowest estimate we got. He was able to get the job completed very quickly and within 2 weeks from the time we got our estimate. One other reasonable estimate wanted us to wait until January which just wasn’t going to work for my wife and I. When he prepped the area for the pour, there was some miscommunication because it wasn’t quite right but he had no problem making it right. His exact words were “you are the customer, I need to make sure you’re happy”. The issue was corrected without any delays. The patio looks great and I wouldn’t hesitate to go to Juan to do any of my concrete work in the future.”
